At PVE, LLC, he excelled as a Project Manager and Project Engineer, contributing to the firm’s commitment to service excellence across various sectors.

Vincent’s career began with foundational roles at Johnson Soils Engineering and The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, where he developed key skills in structural design, geotechnical analysis, and construction compliance. His educational background includes a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Design from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
