Zach Bass

As the Director of Operations, Zach is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the company while ensuring it stays on a path towards achieving key future goals set by the leadership. Daily tasks include oversight of sales, customer interfacing, and ensuring procedures are operating smoothly across the business. Long term focus is centered around recruiting and retaining top talent, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading coordination and integration efforts between departments.

Zach began his career working for a prominent general contractor in the greater tri-state area. His time in project management and superintendent roles furthered an early fascination with intricate construction projects while giving him true field experience of the entire construction process. From there Zach worked on developing and growing the Estimating & Preconstruction department while refining his ability to coordinate with developers, design teams, and contractors alike. Before returning to his childhood home on Long Island to work for DAE, Zach played a key role in bringing 25+ projects, ranging from 25MM to 250MM, from schematic conception to a buyout of level of 50%+
