As a senior project engineer, Morgan is responsible for the full breadth of any civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection project that she is assigned. This includes initial client contact and collaboration to understand project expectations that blend design, schedule, and budget with an understanding of building codes and construction best practices. Morgan serves as the project manager for all projects that fall under the MEPFP category, as well as many projects within the Civil discipline in the office.

Morgan embarked on her highly diversified engineering career path more than 8 years ago and made it a point to continue learning and growing her expertise. She has worked on large-budget municipal projects, commercial developments, redevelopments, multi-family residential buildings, communities, and residential projects for highly discerning clients. Within these spheres, she has worked as part of inter and intra office teams and as an engineer for a single trade on a large commercial project. She paired and closely collaborated with structural engineers in her office for highly detailed structural/mechanical coordination.
