John is currently the lead engineer handling DiLandro Andrews Engineering’s Site/Civil and I/A OWTS design work. John works closely with the architectural design team, site planners, surveyors, local town/village building departments, DEC, and The Suffolk County Health Department to plan, develop and permit everything from tiny residential homes to multiple building commercial sites. As a lead engineer for approximately four years, John has worked on a high volume of various residential and commercial projects located in very environmentally sensitive areas, including the central pine barrens. John has been involved in every construction management phase, from the initial concept and design to installation and maintenance. John’s experience as a design engineer and product developer for Reilly Windows and Doors (Reilly Architectural) has also given him experience in fenestration, and Hurricane/Impact rated windows and doors.
