As Legal Director at DiLandro Andrews, Devon handles all things legal, including contract management, compliance, risk assessment, research and development, and oversight of Human Resources. Devon is also responsible for employee engagement and works to promote positivity by continuing to foster DAE’s valued culture and ensuring a safe and enjoyable working environment. 

Prior to working at DiLandro Andrews, Devon worked in private practice at a prominent Suffolk County law firm where she was a member of both the Corporate and Litigation practice groups. She has developed a well-rounded practice, and has handled various litigation cases, commercial and residential real estate transactions, land use and zoning matters, advising businesses on legal issues, estate planning, and business succession planning. Devon also interned with the Nassau County Attorney’s Office in the General Litigation Bureau and the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District.

Devon is a self-proclaimed nerd who loves everything Star Wars, enjoys being on a golf course, and strives to rescue as many animals during her life as possible.
