We respond to contractors RFIs, review shop drawings for conformance, and provide detailed reports to keep the project aligned with the structural intent. 

Our team coordinates Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) to thoroughly analyze soil conditions and foundation stability. We handle the drafting and coordination of soil boring location plans and work closely with subcontractors for soil borings, ensuring an accurate assessment of soil conditions at specified depths. This analysis helps us to optimize structural design, avoid overdesign of the structure and eliminate unexpected issues later in the project.
