Randy is currently a project engineer handling DiLandro Andrews Engineering’s Site/Civil and
I/A OWTS design work. Randy works closely with the senior project leader to develop and
permit residential homes to commercial sites. As a project engineer for approximately two years,
Randy has worked on a high volume of various residential and commercial projects located in
very environmentally sensitive areas, including the central pine barrens.

Randy has experience as a project manager, owner of Raleigh Windows and Doors, product
developer for Reilly Architectural, and senior project manager for Hales group. With 15+ years
Randy has the capacity of completing multi-million dollar projects simultaneously, monitoring
project budgets, scoping out work, streamlining operational efficiency, developing goals, driving
continuous process improvement, and cultivating client rapport to improve overall project
engagement.
